How CNG Conversion Works.

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) conversion is a process that allows your vehicle to run on both CNG and petrol. For diesel engine we can run only on single fuel ie CNG after conversion.

Installation of CNG Kit

A CNG conversion kit is installed in the vehicle. This includes a CNG cylinder, pressure regulator, injectors, fuel lines, and electronic control units (ECU).

Dual Fuel System for petrol vehicle

The vehicle can run on both petrol and CNG, with the driver switching between the two via a dashboard switch. This flexibility ensures that you can use petrol when CNG isn’t available.

CNG Storage

The CNG is stored in a high-pressure cylinder, usually placed in the trunk or under the vehicle.

Fuel Delivery

When you switch to CNG, gas from the cylinder flows to the engine through fuel lines, passing through a pressure regulator that reduces the pressure to a usable level.

Combustion
